2.The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is also involved in the possession of 3 kilograms of Ganja and it was transported for sale and the same was recovered from the premises of the petitioner. Hence the case. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that already co- accused were arrested and no recovery or seizure directly from the petitioner herein and no contraband or incriminating material was seized from his possession or house in his presence. However, the petitioner is ready to abide by the conditions imposed by this Court. 4. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent reiterated the prosecution case and submits that the petitioner was found in possession of 3 kilograms of Ganja for sale and it was recovered from the premises of the petitioner and the petitioner actively participated in the crime.
