Also heard Mr. Sishir Dutta, learned senior counsel, appearing for the respondent, assisted by Ms. S. Mushahari, Advocate. This application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of delay of 51 days in preferring the connected revision petition. Mr. Dutta has fairly submitted that he has no objection if the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the delay stands condoned. The connected criminal revision petition shall be registered and listed for admission hearing on 11.08.2025. The present interlocutory application stands disposed of.
