N CONTEMPT CASE No.3474 of 2024 ORDER : The present contempt case is filed alleging willful non- disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.11991 of 2006, dated 26.07.2018. 2. The operative portion of the order is reads as follows ; “The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization/absorption as and when regular/permanent vacancy arises. The respondents are hereby directed to consider the case of the petitioner and grant temporary status for the petitioner, in view of the long service of the petitioner in the respondents’ corporation. 3. The respondent has filed a counter submitting that the respondents have adequately complied the orders of this Court and issued proceedings 24.10.2018 informing the petitioner that the request of the petitioner for regularization/absorption will be considered as and when regular/permanent vacancy arise. 4. Perused the proceedings the dated 24.10.2018, this Court had directed the respondents to consider regularization/absorption as and when regular/permanent vacancy arises. The proceedings dated 24.10.2018 have adequately complied with the directions of this Court. 5. As no case of contempt is committed by the respondents and on the contrary the respondents have adequately complied the orders of this Court, as such, the contempt case deserves to be dismissed. 6.
