When the matter is called, none represented for the Petitioner. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC appearing for respondent- Corporation would submit that the present writ petition is filed impugning the order of suspension of the Petitioner issued by respondent No.2. Further, in the light of the interim order passed by this Court on 17.04.2018 in IA No.1 of 2018, enquiry was completed and petitioner was awarded with the punishment of withholding of annual increment for a period of two years with cumulative effect besides treating the suspension period as „not on duty‟. Hence, no further orders are necessary. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
