2. Learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record copy of office instructions dated 15.10.2024 from the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Palampur Forest Division, Palampur. As per these instructions, the petitioner has rendered total 11 years, 5 months and 29 days of service, including the service rendered by him on work- 1Civil Appeal No.6309 of 2017 decided on 08.03.2018. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes
-2- charge basis. Consequently, his pension case has been prepared and submitted in the office of Senior Deputy Accountant General (A&E), H.P., Shimla.

In view of above, since the grievances of the petitioner have redressed, the present petition to stand closed, however, petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law for redressal of his surviving grievances, if any.
