Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bokaro Steel City P.S. Case No. 257 of 2019 for the offences registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro. 3. It is alleged that Rs. 2,97,320/- was illegally withdrawn from the account of Zila Parishad, Bokaro and the said amount was deposited in the account of co-accused Amit Kumar and Ravishek Kumar Singh. 4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Amit Kumar and Ravishek Kumar Singh, who have been granted bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro, in connection with Bokaro Steel City P.S.
