The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of liquor bottles – 8 Nos ( each containing 180 ml). Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that, apart from this case, petitioner has 46 previous cases.
