The petitioner, appearing-in-person, would submit that he was illegally deprived from promotion to the post of Assistant Superintendent (Land Record) from the post of Revenue Inspector in the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) held on 26.11.2019. He states that he worked for more than seven years on the post of Revenue Inspector and completed 7 years on aforesaid post on 02.01.2021, as such, he was also eligible for promotion on the post of Nayab Tahsildar, but his promotion was not considered on the said post, therefore, petitioner, appearing-in-person, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh better constituted petition for redressal of his grievance. 2. Counsel for the State has no objection to allow the prayer made by petitioner, appearing-in-person. 3. On due consideration, the petitioner, appearing-in-person, is permitted to withdraw this petition with the liberty as aforesaid. 4.
