UNNI KRISHNAN NAIR ORDER Date : 26.06.2025 1. In terms of the order dated 16.06.2025, Mr. R. Dhar, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the fee receivable by the petitioner was determined as Rs.71,000/-(Rupees Seventy One Thousand). He submits that after deduction of the TDS amount of Rs.7,100/-(Rupees Seven Thousand and One Hundred), draft of Rs.63,900/-(Rupees Sixty Three Thousand and Nine Hundred) has been prepared in the name of Registrar General, Gauhati High Court. 2. The said draft is placed on record. 3. Mr. R. Dhar, learned counsel is directed to approach the Registrar General, Gauhati High Court and submit before him the draft, so placed on record before this Court, after receiving due acknowledgment. 4. The petitioner is at liberty to withdraw the said amount of Rs.63,900/- ( Rupees Sixty Three Thousand and Nine Hundred) after identifying himself before the Registrar General, Gauhati High Court. 5. The dues receivable by the petitioner having already been released, no further adjudication is called for in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands closed.
