M LAXMAN RAO The Court made the following: ORDER: The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner against the order dated 03.10.2012 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1563 of 2012 in M.C.No.46 of 2009 by the learned Special Mobile Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kakinada, wherein the petition filed by the 2nd respondent under Section 125 (1) of Cr.P.C., was allowed by the trial Court by granting interim monthly maintenance of Rs.2,000/- to the 2nd respondent, payable by the petitioner herein. 2. A perusal of the information furnished by the Registry, it shows that the main case i.e., M.C.No.46 of 2009 was disposed of on 15.11.2018 and therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive for an adjudication by this Court and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
