Case No. 86/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1- B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar. 3. On 22.04.2025 at about 9:40 A.M., Kunda police apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons from Tapowan. On search, a country made pistol was recovered from possession of this petitioner. 4. It was submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. It was further submitted that offence alleged against the petitioner is triable by court of Judicial Magistrate. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar in connection with Kunda P.S.
