By the present writ petition, the petitioner, who is working as Guest Teacher under the policy of the State government is raising his grievance that by oral order/ direction of respondent No. 3 i.e. Head of Department, Department of Advertising and Public Relation, the petitioner is not permitted to work as Guest Teacher from 18.02.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has submitted a representation (Annexure P-10 & 11) raising his grievance before respondent No. 1 i.e. Secretary and also before respondent No.2 but no action has been taken and the representation has not been decided till date. 3. Learned State counsel and counsel for respondents No. 2 & 3 submits that if the petitioner has submitted his representation raising his grievance, the same will be considered and decided in accordance with law within stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 3 5. Considering the submission made, the writ petition is disposed off with the direction to the respondents No. 1 & 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-10 & 11) within a period of 30 days, in accordance with the law. 6.
