The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petitioner directing the respondent no.4 to conclude the pending investigation pursuant to crime no. 906/2024 registered for the offences punishable under section 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of I.P.C. on 24.11.2024, upon a written complaint made by the petitioner, at police station Khamtarai Distt. Raipur (C.G.) (Annexure P/1) within stipulated time as this Hon'ble Court deems fit looking to the facts and circumstances of the case. 10.2 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case may also be awarded to the petitioner including the cost and expenses of this petition. An affidavit in support of this petition is filed herewith.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the FIR under Crime No. 906/2024 was registered way back on 24.11.2024 against the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 in P.S. Khamtarai, District – Raipur on the basis of a written complaint made by the petitioner and almost 05 months have been elapsed, but till date investigation has not been concluded, therefore, a direction be issued to expedite the investigation and submit the police report. 4. Learned State counsel submits that investigation in the present case is under progress and the same would be completed shortly. 3 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the fact that the FIR was registered way back on 24.11.2024 and almost 05 months have been elapsed, the investigation has not been completed, the concerned Investigating Officer is directed to conclude the investigation within a period of six weeks from today and submit a Police Report under Section 193(3) of BNSS before the Competent Court in accordance with law and the concerned Superintendent of Police / Senior Superintendent of Police, is directed to ensure that the investigation in the present case is carried out in a fair manner. 6. Petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police / Senior Superintendent of Police within a period of one week from today for necessary information and compliance. 7.
