It is submitted by the learned Senior counsel for the petitioners that the respondents have already filed compliance report dated 16.05.2025, pursuant to the directions of the Court regarding consideration of the representation of the petitioners, in pursuance whereof the arrears of rent have also been deposited by the later. 2. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioners further submitted that with the consideration of the representation of the petitioners by the respondents and the deposit of the arrears of the rent by the petitioners in respect of the subject shop, the petitioners do not need to pursue the matter, as they have been running the said shop peacefully for earning their livelihood. The Respondents shall not cause any interference with the running of the subject shop by the petitioners and the later shall be bound by the payment of the periodical rentals whatever agreed/due from them. 3.
