Page No.# 2/2 This contempt petition is directed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 03.01.2022 passed in W.P(C) No. 7319/2021. It is alleged that the directions contained were not complied with by the respondent authorities. Today when the matter is called up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the direction issued, the respondent authority had passed an order dated 05.02.2025. By the said order, the claims of the petitioner were not found to be genuine and thereby rejected. Copy of the order is placed before the Court and is kept in the case record. Considering that the directions contained in the order dated 03.01.2022 passed in W.P(C) No. 7319/2021 have been complied with and a consequential order dated 05.02.2025 has been passed, the Court does not wish to proceed any further in the contempt proceeding, the same therefore stands closed.
