Through C.E.O., Near Collector Office, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.) ... Respondents (Cause title is taken from Case Information System) For Petitioners : Mr. Anshuman Shrivastava, Advocate For Respondents/ State : Mr. Sanjeev Pandey, Dy. Advocate General (HON’BLE SHRI JUSTICE BIBHU DATTA GURU) Order on Board 07/05/2025 1. The Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking confirmation on the post of Lecturer (LB) from the date of completion of their probation period at par with the cases of similarly situated employees. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners were appointed as Lecturer (LB) on 15.12.2017 and completed two years probation period in December, 2019, however, no order with regard to their confirmation has been passed. It is further contention of learned counsel for petitioners that similarly situated employees have been confirmed after completion of probation period. He would further submit that even the representations submitted by petitioners have not been decided. 3. Considering the limited nature of relief claimed at this stage, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the petitioners submit representation before the competent authority raising their grievance for their confirmation immediately after completion of probation period, the said competent authority shall consider and decide her representation in accordance with law, on 3 / 3 its own merits, considering as to whether the similarly placed candidates have already been confirmed and pass speaking order on merits within a period of three months from the date of submission of representation. 4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (BIBHU DATTA GURU) JUDGE $. Bhilwar
