Boro, learned counsel for the petitioner. Ms. R.B. Bora, learned counsel for the respondents has furnished an Page No.# 2/2 order dated 03.09.2024 issued by the Secretary, BTC, whereby the claim of the petitioner for payment against the works allotted from the Scheme under SCA to TSP and other Grants has been found not to be sustainable and accordingly rejected on the ground that the Work Orders were issued illegally/fraudulently with the malafide intention to cause huge loss to public exchequer. On consideration of the order dated 03.09.2024, this Court is of the considered opinion that the respondents have substantially complied with the direction passed by this Court.
