The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of Respondent No.3 in considering Petitioner’s representation dated 29.05.2025 and issued the notice for recovery of the pending arrears of rent amount vide Roc.No.1219/2024/A1, dated 13.06.2025 by giving three days time to submit the explanation or otherwise further steps will be taken for cancellation of the lease agreement dated 11.02.2021, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. In view of the Memo filed by the counsel for the Petitioner vide USR No.67215/2025, dated 07.07.2025, pursuant to the interim order dated 23.06.2025 passed by this Court, the Writ Petitioner paid an amount of Rs.99,200/- through demand draft to Respondent No.3 on 27.06.2025 within the time prescribed and the lease is continuing.
