The petitioners, namely, (1) Khasnur Ali and (2) Md. Babul Ali, have filed this application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending their arrest in Jalukbari P.S. Case No. 518/2024 registered under Sections 21(b)/27(A)/29 of NDPS Act. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. Munir, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this pre- arrest bail application.
