The petitioner- Deepak Kumar Das is in custody since 17.08.2022 in connection with R.I.T. P.S. Case No. 58 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No. 632 of 2022 (S.T. No.84 of 2023) for the offence registered under Sections 302, 326, 392, 397, 398, 411/34 of the IPC pending in the Court of learned Additional Session Judge-I, Seraikella Kharsawan. Earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected thrice on merit vide order dated 19.04.2023 passed in B.A. No. 1136 of 2023, vide order dated 16.02.2024 passed in B.A. No.11026/2023 and vide order dated 18.10.2024 passed in B.A. No.8960/2024 by this Court and the same is being renewed on the ground that in earlier order, an observation was given to expedite the trial. As per the stage of trial received from the learned trial Court, out of seven charge sheeted witnesses, five have been examined. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail.
