Considering the same, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition at the admission stage by directing the 4th respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioners and respondent Nos.5 and 6. However, it is left open to the parties to approach the competent civil Court to redress their grievance. 4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off. No costs.
