The only prayer made in the petition is to direct the respondents to decide the representation of petitioner annexed with the petition as Annexure P-2, as per the Transfer Policy of the State. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has served tribal area of Pangi Sub Division in Chamba district for more than 19 years. According to the petitioner, she is making a prayer for being posted at the place of her choice as her children require higher education. 6. Keeping in view the entirety of circumstances, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to decide the representation Annexure P-2 of the petitioner within four weeks from today, strictly in terms of the Transfer Policy of the State Government. 7.
