Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Revision Petition. 3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal before the jurisdictional Sessions Judge. The petitioners are entitled to exclude the time taken by them in prosecuting the revision petition before this Court, i.e. from 06.08.2025 to date of receipt of copy of this order.
