He would further submit that the petitioner is not co-operating for enquiry and if the petitioner co-operates for the enquiry, investigation will be completed and appropriate orders will be passed. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to co-operate for the enquiry. 3.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to co-operate for enquiry and the respondent police shall complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 3/4 WP Crl.
