The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pratappur P.S. Case No.97 of 2022, for the offence registered under sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 34 IPC, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the ladies and scuffle took place between the parties due to business rivalry and the informant and the petitioners side are having shop nearby. He submits that there are general and omnibus allegations of assault. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of assault and injury is also found. 5. Considering that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners and there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioners as disclosed in paragraph no.14 and the scuffle took place due to business rivalry, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chatra, in connection with Pratappur P.S. Case No.97 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS). ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) SI/
