Let notice also be issued through counsel, returnable on 18.11.2025. 5. Since in the application, it is averred that there is no Arbitration Agreement between the parties and that the appointment letter in question is a fraudulent document, it is directed that the order dated 25.08.2025 shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.
