Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the order passed by this Court on 23.06.2021 in WP No.5522 of 2021 has been complied with by the Executive Officer, Endowments Department and the Executive Officer, Endowments Department has passed orders to perform archakatwan on rotation basis by both the families of Petitioners and unofficial respondents. Learned counsel would submit that the respondent police are interfering with the affairs of the Petitioners and unofficial respondents without there being any reason. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents/Police on oral instructions would submit that the respondent Police 4 , i are not interfering with the affairs of the Petitioners and unofficial respondents and would submit that necessary orders may be passed. 4. Relevant portion of the Order dated 23.06.2021 in WP No.5522 of 2021 is extracted as under: i 8. Thereafter, the Executive Officer shall hand Archakatvam services along with all the over charge of the assets and articles which are enumerated in the inventory made earlier to the other family from the July every year. At the time of handing of the Archakatvam service shall also verify the articles and 1st of charge, the family taking charge assets which are being handed over to them and an inventory of the said articles and assets shall be made jointly by the Executive Officer and the member of the family undertaking Archakatvam service and shall be signed by both of them. over representative of the 9.
