JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 07-03-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Gaya Cyber P.S. Case No. 173 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 111, 61(2) of the BNS Act and under Section 66©, 66(D) of the I.T. Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and other accused persons were running a call center and were committing cyber fraud. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they are in custody since 1.12.2024. Patna High Court CR. MISC. Though, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent but persons who are involved in cyber fraud, know the consequence of their acts. 6.
