By filing this application, the applicant has prayed for condoning the delay of 53 days in filing Interlocutory Application for restoration of Crl. Pet. No. 1144/2019. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the delay is only 37 days as some time was expended in some administrative technicalities before the Registry. Nevertheless, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the delay has to be taken as 53 days only. I find that the informant has been impleaded as respondent No.2.
