Learned counsel appearing for WBSEDCL submits that electricity connection may be effected within a period of six weeks subject to compliance with the required formalities by the petitioner. Nothing remains to be decided in view of the stand of WBSEDCL. Accordingly, WPA 9192 of 2025 is disposed of.
