The instant writ application has been preferred by the Petitioner for the following reliefs: i) For giving the promotion to the petitioner on Grade-IV, Graduate Trained Scale from the year
1996. ii) For giving the promotion to the petitioner from Grade-IV, Graduate Trained Scale to Grade-VII. Post Graduate Trained Scale from the year
2002. iii) For giving the entire monetary/consequential benefits from the date of promotion for which petitioner is legally entitled.

During course of argument, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that even after a lapse of almost 8 years, the respondents have not taken pain to consider the case of the Petitioner by passing any order. Accordingly, the concerned Respondent may be directed to take a decision in the matter.

Ld. Counsel for the Respondents submits that the prayer of the Petitioner is not sustainable; however, he could not dispute the fact that his case has not yet been considered by passing a reasoned order.

Accordingly, this writ application is hereby
disposed of by granting liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh representation before the concerned Respondent along with all necessary documents in support of his claim within a period of 4 weeks. If any, such representation is preferred before the concerned Respondent, the same may be disposed of by passing a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with applicable Rules and Regulations within a period of 12 weeks and the copy of the same be communicated to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations/directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
