Also heard Mr. D. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, in respect of Nagaon Case No.1063/2024. 3. The learned cousnel for the petitioners submits that in this Case the Police has filed a Charge-sheet being Charge-sheet No.07/25 dated 20.01.2025 and the petitioner Surajit Dey was already arrested by Police. 4. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for both the sides. 5. Since the police has filed the Charge-sheet, the petitioners Moushumi Mahanta and Dipanjali Das are directed to appear before the Trial Court on 05.03.2025 for seeking regular bail. 6.
