It is submitted that respondent No.6 is interfering with the cultivation of the said property. It is further submitted that respondent No.6 is the grandson of the petitioner. 3. It is stated that that earlier, respondent No.6 has filed W.P.No.12277 of 2025, alleging that the police were interfering in civil disputes. In that case, this Court directed the police competent not to interfere in the disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.6 without following due process of law. It is also submitted that respondent No.6 is actually interfering with the possession of the petitioner, over which the petitioner has right, title and possession. However, the police are not taking into consideration the petitioner’s representation dated 19.05.2025, as per the earlier directions of this Court not to interfere in civil disputes. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 5. Considering the age of the petitioner, respondent No.5 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of the BNSS, 2023. m \ 3 6. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off. No costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
