Mr. Ashok Kaushik, Advocate for respondent No.10. **** SUDHIR SINGH , J (ORAL) Petitioner has sought issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents to remove the unauthorized constructions done by respondent Nos.9 and 10 upon her agriculture land alleging that though respondent No.3 has passed an order dated 18.01.2023 regarding the removal of Jyoti 2025.04.09 09:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-2964-2025 (O&M) 2 the said unauthorized constructions yet the said order has not been implemented by the authorities till date. 2 Learned State counsel and the learned counsel for respondent Nos.9 and 11, could not controvert the fact that the respondents authorities have taken any action in pursuance of the passing of the order dated 18.01.2023 by respondent No.3. 3 In view of the fact that the order dated 18.01.2023 passed by respondent No.3 is to be implemented by the respondents authorities, we dispose of the present writ petition with a directions to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to remove the unauthorized construction as indicated in the order dated 18.01.2023 (Annexure P-9), expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy/production of this order. 4 Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
