V/s UT of J&K ….Respondent(s) Through :- Mr. Raman Sharma, AAG CORAM: HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORDER 13.02.2025 This is a petition filed under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for completion of the Arbitration Proceedings and passing of award. Mr. Raman Sharma, AAG states at the Bar that he has no objection in case the time is extended to the arbitrator to conclude the arbitration proceedings and to pass the final award. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is allowed by extending time by six months to the arbitrator to conclude the arbitration proceedings and to pass the final award. The extension of six months shall start from the date of passing of this order. Needless to say, the intervening expired period shall stand regularized. Arb P No. 12/2025 is accordingly disposed of.
