Case No.98/2025, arising out of Sitaramdera P.S. Case No.32/2024, registered for the offences under Sections 304-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII cum Special Judge, F.T.C., (C.A.W.), Jamshedpur. 2. Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2024. He further submits that the petitioner is happened to be the sister-in-law of the deceased and she resides at Kolkata, whereas, the occurrence took place at Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2024 and she is sister-in-law of the deceased and she resides at another place. 5. Regard being had to the above facts, I am inclined to enlarge the above-named petitioner, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII cum Special Judge, F.T.C.
