P.P. 02/08.08.2025 :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 110/2025, registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351 (2) and (3) of BNS-2023 and under section 27 of Arms Act and section 103(1) of BNS-2023 was added later on, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2025 and allegations are made that about 150 persons have assembled at the place of occurrence. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and the petitioner is not named in F.I.R. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there. 5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2025, allegations are made that about 150 persons have assembled at the place of occurrence, there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and the petitioner is not named in F.I.R, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Namkum P.S.
