The impugned proceedings dated 16.04.2012 transferring the petitioner is under challenge in the present writ petition. 3. This Court vide order dated 12.05.2012 granted interim suspension of the impugned proceedings. 4. On filing of the vacate petition by the State, this Court, on 21.08.2012, clarified the interim suspension to the extent of leaving it open to the 4th 2 respondent to transfer the petitioner in the usual course or on the administrative grounds, as the case may be, or to any other school under its control in accordance with law. 5. It is also submitted in the counter that the petitioner is under the wrong assumption that he is likely to be transferred from an aided post to an unaided post. On such assumption, the present writ petition was filed. 6. Be that as it may, the issue before this Court in the present writ petition is confined to the impugned proceedings, which transferred the petitioner vide proceedings dated 16.04.2012. This Court vide order dated 21.08.2012, had adequately clarified the transfer powers vested in the 4th respondent School. 7. Recording the same, no further orders are required in this writ petition. 8. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
