This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue writ order or direction one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in registering the crime nos. 137 of 2020 registered under sections 341, 342, 120 B of IPC and Sec.156 (3) of Cr.P.C., and crime no. 138/2020 under sections 153 a IPC and 156(3) Cr.P.C., and Crime no.139 of 2020 registered u/s 167 of IPC and Sec.156 (3) of Cr.P.C., dated 02-07-2020 on the file of Pitapuram Police Station, E.G.District, is illegal arbitrary and contrary to section 197 of Cr.p.c., and quash the same....…”
2. Heard Sri Palla Balu Anil Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the three criminal cases were referred as false by the SDPO, Kakinada, after due investigation and that the Court may pass appropriate orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, this writ petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
