Perused the affidavit of compliance filed by Mr. Shashi Shekhar Tiwari, learned Additional Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the State. The affidavit is one dated 30.08.2024. 3. In paragraph no. 3 of the said affidavit, it is averred that the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Mathura, by his judgement and order dated 31.08.2022, passed in Sessions Trial No. 416 of 2018, convicted the opposite party, Vishnu and sentenced him to various terms on different counts. 4.
