The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's husband borrowed loan from many persons, since, he could not pay the amount, he left house. In this regard, FIR is lodged and the police will secure the petitioner's husband and produce before the concerned Judicial Magistrate. 3.
