Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel for the petitioners, Smt. Jyothiratna Anumolu, learned junior Standing counsel for thp respondents 2 to 6, and Sri Bhagat Singh, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the 7'^ respondent. Impugning the action of the 6^'^ respondent in disconnecting the service connections bearing Nos.3411509000017 and 3411509500002, provided to the borewells in Sy.No.175 situated at Pelluru Revenue Village, Chejarla Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, without issuing any notice, the above writ petition has been filed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that service 3. St connection bearing No. 3411509000017 was released in the name of the 1 Kilari Lingappanaidu. After the death of Kilari petitioner’s father, late Lingappanaidu, the 1®‘ petitioner succeeded to the land as well as a borewell with an electricity connection and has been cultivating the land by drawing petitioner; the service St nd petitioner is the sister of the 1 water. The 2 connection stands in her name. On 08.06.2025, the 6^^ respondent disconnected the power supply to the borewells. 4. When the writ petition was listed on 18.06.2025, learned Standing counsel on instructions would submit that the power supply in respect of service connection bearing No. 3411509000017 has not been disconnected. The power supply in respect of service connection bearing No. 3411509500002 was disconnected after issuance of prior notice dated 20.01.2025. Enabling the learned Standing counsel to produce a copy of the notice dated 20.01.2025, the matter is listed today. 5. 4 6. Smt. Jyothiratna Anumolu, learned junior Standing counsel for the respondents 2 to 6, produced a copy of the notice dated 20.01.2025. A perusal of the notice would indicate that the Tahsildar, objections regarding the supply of electricity to the petitioners requested to disconnect the Chejerla, raised and, infact, service connections. By the notice dated 20.01.2025 the Assistant Engineer directed the petitioners from the Tahsildar to continue the power supply. to submit an NOC 7. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that impugning the action of the revenue officials, the petitioners filed W.P.No.764 interim order was granted on 06.01.2023 directing the respondents therein the take any coercive steps and the order is subsisting as on today. Learned counsel further submits that the respondent restored the the service connections bearing Nos.3411509000017 and 3411509500002. Smt.
