1. Heard Mr. D. Borah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.S.Roy, learned Central Government Counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4.
2. Mr. Borah, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that considering the bone of contention that earlier judgment dated 08.03.2022 in WP(C) No. 3226/2014 was passed based on wrong and misleading fact pleaded by the respondent authority, it would be appropriate to file a review petition seeking review of the aforesaid judgment.
3. Accordingly, Mr. Borah, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file a review petition.
4. Prayer stands allowed.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed with a liberty as prayed for.
