1. Mr. G. S. Thakur, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though, the petitioner has already approached the Manager-J&K Bank, LCU, Jammu by filing a representation dated 01.02.2025, however, the said representation is still pending.

2. Be that as it may, we instead of issuing notice direct the respondent- Bank to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner along with present writ petition having regard to the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India, within a period of a week’s time from today. In case of any adverse decision, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again.
3. Copy of this order be provided to Mr. Akash Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 2-Bank for compliance, by the Registrar Judicial, Jammu.
4. Dispose of.
