Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that basing on the report received from the petitioner, police registered a case in Crime No.313 of 2019 of Machavaram Police Station, for the offence under Sections 448, 427, 506, 509 r/w 34 of IPC and investigated into the case. 4. Upon hearing Sri M.V.Raja Raam, learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered opinion that the writ petition can be disposed of, giving liberty to police to investigate into the case, as they already registered the case, as referred above. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
