Heard both sides. 3. There is a dispute between the parties in respect of payment of sale consideration for property comprised in S.F Nos. 521/3 and 521/1, Andiyagoundanur Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District. Further, both parties have already approached the Civil Court and they are entitled to proceed with the same. Hence, this Court is not inclined to proceed with this contempt petition. Accordingly, this Cotempt petition is closed.
