Heard submissions of learned counsel for petitioner and learned public prosecutor. 3. The police has forwarded the criminal antecedents of this petitioner accused wherein 20 criminal cases were registered at different police stations across the State and except four cases all 16 cases are pending before the trial courts. In one case name of present petitioner is excluded whereas another case is disposed of whereas in three cases this petitioner accused is convicted. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that this petitioner is acquitted in sessions case no.321/2017 arising out of FIR no. 232/2017 registered at P.S. Anantpura, District Kota, criminal case [2025:RJ-JP:30948] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-7082/2025] no. 97/2017 arising out of FIR no. 300/2014 P.S. Kotwali, District Sawai Madhopur, criminal case no. 1806/2017 arising out of FIR no. 294/2017 P.S. Kotwali, District Sawai Madhopur, and FIR no. 312/2014 P.S. Kotwali, District Sawai Madhopur. 5.
