Petitioner initially stated to be appointed as Work Inspector Grade II under Work Charged Establishment by respondent No.3 by proceedings dated 05.03.1996. Later, he was selected and appointed as Draughtsman Grade II through recruitment by transfer and assumed charge on 30.11.2002. He, therefore, rendered service from 11.03.1996 to 30.11.2002 at Work Charged Establishment as Work Inspector Grade II. Petitioner later got promoted Assistant Engineer (civil) and got superannuated on 31.12.2021. Petitioner 3. as an now claims to consider his service rendered at Work Charged Establishment for the purpose of pension and gratuity and has made representations dated 25.10.2021, 18.11.2021, 13.04.2022, 15.07.2023, 18.03.2024, 29.11.2024 and 25.05.2025 to respondent Nos.2 & 4 for consideration of the aforesaid request, however, the same are not disposed so far. Therefore, petitioner is constrained to file present writ petition. Learned for the petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct 4. respondent Nos.2 & 4 to consider the aforesaid representations and pass appropriate orders considering the request made therein. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents on the other hand submits 5. that as petitioner’s representations are pending, the same would be considered and disposed in accordance with law. In view of the aforesaid submissions, with the consent of both the 6. learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed at admission stage directing the respondents to consider petitioner’s representations and pass appropriate speaking orders within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
