The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s): “(a) To direct the respondents to pay the compensation for the land which has been acquired by the respondents for widing the N.H. Road 57 in the year 2008. (b) To direct the respondents to pay interest upon the compensation amount which has not been paid to the petitioner after acquisition of the land in the year 2008. Patna High Court CWJC No.14344 of 2016(2) dt.29-07-2025 2/3 (c) To direct the respondents to pay the compensation amount against the land bearing Plot Nos. 1501, 1483, 1611, 1603 and 1600 on which no nay compensation amount has been paid till date. (d) To direct the respondents to pay the compensation for the pucca house amounting to 10 Lakhs which was sitauted on the Plot bearing plot no. 1483 and are about 6 kattha which has been demolished by the respondents for widening the N.H. Road No. 57 and for this aforesaid plot even the notices has not been served to the petitioner. (e) To direct the respondents to pay compensation for the cattle shed amount to Rs. 2 Lakhs which was also demolished by the respondents. (f) To direct the respondents to pay statutory interest upon the amount of compensation to the petitioner. (g) To grant any other/others relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled Patna High Court CWJC No.14344 of 2016(2) dt.29-07-2025 3/3 under the facts and circumstances of the instant case.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner is no more and as such, heirs be granted liberty to agitate the matter afresh. 4.
