It is further case of the petitioner that, since the date of her appointment, she has been discharging duties without any blemish. It is contended by the petitioner that, at the influence of the original dealer, respondent-Tahsildar, without issuing any notice and without following due procedure contemplated under law, is threatening the petitioner to surrender the Fair Price Shop. Questioning the said highhanded action of the respondents, the present writ petition is filed. 2. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies would submit that the writ petition is filed on mere apprehension, and if any action is to be initiated, the respondents would follow the procedure as per law. 3. Flaving considered the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to take action against the petitioner’s Fair Price Shop bearing 3 No.1081047, situated at Diguvakammapalli, Nimmalapalli Road, Madanapalle (Urban) Mandal, Annamayya District, except in accordance with law.
